“The 2026 series of Psychoanalytic Dialogues have come to a close at the Institute for Psychosocial Development (IPSA), marking the end of a five-year (5) free meetings for the public in Larissa that opened up a vibrant space for thought, discussion, and the exchange of ideas within the framework of group analysis.
Together, we sought to approach trauma as something that sometimes finds a voice and becomes words and thoughts, and at other times remains a gaping silence; as each person’s unique story, but also as an early experience that shapes psychological organization, resilience, defense mechanisms, and relational patterns. We also focused on its dimension as a collective and intergenerational phenomenon, asking whether “individual” experiences transcend the individual, and we proceeded to explore organizational trauma through group experience and the management of loss.
