The Institute of Psychosocial Development, with the distinctive title “IPSA”, was founded in 2001 in the legal form of the “Non-Profit Civil Partnership” by a group of mental health scientists, based in Larissa.

Since the beginning of 2005, according to Ministerial Decision P2c/134675/04, the Institute has been included in the National & Prefectural Register of Social Care Institutions of Private Sector, Non-Profit and in the Special Register of Voluntary Non-Governmental Organizations.
